-I have sensitive skin. Is Serv' for me?

Absolutely! Serv' was created for and formulated around sensitive skin. We stay away from ingredients and fragrances that are known to irritate sensitive skin.

*As with any product, please be sure to patch test. It is always good practice to patch test in case you have an unknown allergy or irritation to certain ingredients.  

 

-Help, I don’t know which products to buy!

While all of our products are recommended, take a look at each one for its benefits to decide what best fits your needs.

-When can I expect results in my skin?

All skin is different, all skin reacts to products differently. It is very important not to rush greatness! Allow your skin time to adapt to the products and most importantly, stay consistent. Results are milestones. You may not see dark spots fade after 3 days, but your skin may feel more refreshed and hydrated- those are results as well! Be patient with your skin and let Mother Nature do its job :-)

-What is the correct way to handle my skincare products?

Handling your skincare products in a safe and sanitary manner is extremely important! Regardless of what company you decide to use, it is imperative that you adopt safe practices when applying, handling and storing your skincare products.

1. ALWAYS use clean hands and utensils to apply your products.

2. NEVER expose your products to excessive amounts of water or other ingredients, unless the product specifies that it is OK. All of our skincare products are intended to be safe. When you add water, or other ingredients that are not a part of the formulation, it can cause contamination of your product. 

3. We recommend that you store your products in a cool environment that is kept dry. DO NOT store your products in the shower, bathroom, or other moist environments.

-I have a delicate skin condition or problem that I haven’t seen a product for. Can you create one?

We are here for you, always! If there's something you need and haven’t quite found, use our contact us button to send us a product request. Each request will be reviewed and evaluated to see if it’s something we can incorporate in our skincare line (the earthly way).

-Will you be launching more products?

Of course! We are working day and night to bring you a full skincare and cosmetic line that you can count on. 

-Why does my product color seem a little different this time?

It's a part of being natural! Sometimes raw ingredients that are not processed or altered can vary in color. This is a good thing! We allow nature to do what it needs to. Therefore, sometimes products can vary in color or even texture. But don't worry, the ingredients, process and benefits are always the same. 

-What is your shipping policy?

All items are shipped within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. (Excludes weekends). This timeframe is subject to change, please always check here for the latest shipping updates. 

-What is your return policy?

Serv' was created with love, patience and consistency. While we are not able to accommodate returns at this time, please feel free to contact us should you have an issue with your packaging or order and we will gladly assist.
