HOW TO MAKE SEA MOSS GEL?
We recommend only making the amount of gel that you plan to use within the following 3 weeks. Please remember that Sea Moss gel must be refrigerated at all times to retain its freshness and any gel left after 3 weeks should be discarded.
Step 1- Grab the desired amount of sea moss you plan to use out of your package. Rinse your sea moss thoroughly to remove any sea debris.
Step 2- Soak your sea moss in a bowl using spring water for at least 12-24 hours. You can leave your bowl out in room temperature, no need to refrigerate while soaking.
Step 3- Once your sea moss is done soaking, it will expand. Remove your moss from the water, add to a blender with a little more spring water (less water creates a thicker consistency) and blend well.
Step 4- Pour your gel into a sealed jar, store it in the fridge and you’re all set!
